Is it Advisable to go for Quashing of 498A before Charge Sheet or After Charge Sheet

It is advisable to challenge and file for quashing immediately after FIR copy becomes available . But file petition before you make appearance in trial court as HC may ask you to prove your case there itself

It is wise to appear before the high court after the charge sheet as most of the applications before the CS get dismissed reason being still in the primitive stage after the charge sheet you have an upper hand the case is mean made up only to harass you and your parents it is always wise to file for quashing before High Court after the charge sheet is made.
