Quashing by High Court in 2017 case

Hi, My marriage took place in Jaipur in 2015. Im from Jaipur and my wife is from Bhopal. After marriage, wife left me for parents place multiple times and finally in June 16 she left for her parents place and not returned. Later in 2017, she put all cases on me and my parents in Feb - Mar 2017 including 498A, 125, DV etc after mediation talks failed. Now chargesheet filed in 498A but she does not appear for statements. Almost 10 hearings have happened in 498A in 2018 and 2019 and later court did not function due to corona. Her lawyer once said in another matter that they have not received courts notice to give statements. As per my lawyer, only 5 year plus old cases are being taken up now in Bhopal. So no progress in court. Is there any manner in which I can expedite or quash this case as its totally bogus and no evidence presented in charge sheet also. I read somewhere that if false cases are done than its a ground for cruelty and courts give divorce considering this cruelty. Thanks

लेकिन मित्र, यह साबित भी माननीय न्यायालय ही करेगा कि वह तथ्य संगत थे या तथ्य प्रतिकूल।

sure sir you can ask a lawyer to file application for urgent hearing and matter to be disposed expediently after this application the court will entertain your matter on expedient manner and there onwards you can get relief that you wanted and because of corona the cases are being taken up only after filing of urgent hearing application
