FLAT PROPERTY SITUATED AT PIMPRI CHINCHWAD.
dear mam family court has power only to deal with divorce and other matrimonial cases. if you have any property dispute e.g. stridhan then it will deal with family court. other than this all property dispute will conduct by civil court. call me for further advice.

in this case it depends on whether your marriage was performed in PMC, whether you both last resided together within PMC
the family court has powers that of district court
if above conditions are not met then civil court Pune has the jurisdiction to decide the same
