Psoriasis condition is hiddend by spouse during marriage

Spouse had hide her skin condition/disease during marriage.
section 12(1)(c) of hindu marriage act, 1955, if your spouse had deliberately concealed the psoriasis and if you were unaware of this condition before marriage, you can seek annulment (declaring the marriage null and void) it will be considered as fraud because in this case your consent to marry was obatained through fraud.
