Provided Her Bank Statements Accepted By Court

For sec 24 hma husband provided the bank statements of wife which court accepted it... During argument husband advocate said that wife has concealed her income as she is working in a company and showed the transactions at court that she is earning 20000 every month... On the other hand wife advocate instead of doing oral argument gave written argument which didint had any reply of wife income and that she is earning... What are the chances of decssion going in favor to husband..

Hi dear good evening. Your case is under domestic femily dispute. You wife is eligible for maintenance for life time. some circumstance can't be continued her maintenance. You are wanting to further process against your order then I'II take your case and proceed at High'Court. contact please.

actually under 24 aap Hindu marriage Act either of the party is level to pay the maintenance but in your case since you said that the wife has councilled her income and that is 20000 per month so there is a chance of little bit in your favour but a general perception is there if wife is earning 25000 more per month then only the husband is free from any maintenance liability but Nikesh if code things fit that it's a case of maintenance then it may go in the favour of wife
