Property protection during divorce

21-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have been married few months ago with my girlfriend . Very recently I have come to know she has cheated me when we were in relationship, also her behaviour nowadays seems she is cheating on me. But it's quite tough to prove her affairs as she is very clever and I don't have much evidence also. In addition to this, her mother is always giving her bad ideas on how to control me and make me her puppet, etc. After marriage, my father gave his flat for us to stay as a good gesture, while my mom dad stay in another house. Both properties are in my father's name. But now i have nothing much to do since we tied the knot, i want to know how to safeguard my properties which I might inherit in future from my father. Please suggest how to deal with this so that she doesn't get any property if divorce matter arises in future. Can I sell the properties and keep money in bank account before contesting divorce. Does she have right on my bank account balance also during divorce?

you should immediately contact a lawyer and take your parents in your confidence as it is very easy to take care of this entire situation because of a new law that has come up in best interest of husband his family members so that both are safeguarded without any hassle

if you don't have evidence then before the court your case would be based on surmises and conjecture which would not get you any relief. so outsmart her and start collecting evidences so that you can safeguard all your properties present or in future. selling etc will not foreclose her chance to dip a share in those money. your assets and liabilities in totality is weighted before the court. contact a shrewd lawyer or some private detective agency to help you with evidences.
