Property issues after getting divorce

Hi, My divorce preceeding is completed on January,19 mutually. I have staying in flat in which my wife name is also there. I have loan on this property. I am paying EMI, maintenance and property tax. Now she is asking money and threatening me give me money otherwise I will lock the house and remove you out from that house. Please advice Whether she can do this or what should I do in this case.
Did you not mention anything in the divorce petition? usually when two parties own the property, we ask for release of one person's share to another. If you have taken the loan as husband and wife, you have to inform the bank that you have taken divorce and then the loan should be transferred to your name only. You need to get the Release/ Relinquishment Deed executed but your wife might ask you some money for it.
