Property Attchment in family court

My wife attached ,my mothers property by providing false case in family court, stating my mother took her ornaments. It was attachment before judgment later that case is dismissed and closed by family court as she withdrawn the case. What should be the next procedure.. Is the attachment is also lifted by the court ?
you can file divorce case against her and your mother can file defameing case against your wife since the case is being withdrawn by her take necessary actions as you prefer or you can file for a congical rights if you like to live United with her on considering your children future

If the case is dismissed automatically all the attachment which comes with it also becomes infructous. The final order copy needs to be perused to give a more informed opinion. The attachment is no longer valid.
