I want to transfer my divorce case from wb to up as I am doing service in ghaziabad and my child also staying with me
If girl is living in Ghaziabad than Yes you can transfer that case to Ghaziabad from West Bengal. You can file a transfer petition in the supreme court of India and court may grant to transfer that case to Ghaziabad from West Bengal.
