If the parents of the girl concealed the following facts before marriage then you can always file under section 12(2)(b)(i) HMA. And as far as the private detective is concerned you can appoint one to collect further evidences that can be useful for your case. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

In cases where the duration of the wedding is less than a year. The same shall be dealt with with the exceptions. (Read S.5 of the HMA as well). The grounds you have mentioned are rather weak such as not disclosing a prior accident and allegedly false educational qualifications. You will have to file a divorce(as and when the divorce can be filed) on these grounds as an annulment is unlikely to be awarded in the present circumstances.
