Procedure to get divorce in case husband is not earning and harassing

As mentioned in previous question that i need divorce is that my husband not doing any job. He is full addicted to drinking and smoking. He is harassing me to give money for drinking and smoking. He never care of our daughter. Kindly give advice on legal proceedings.
It is complex situation. Are you working woman. File a divorce case. You can ask maintenance through court. After taking divorce, how you survive. Think several times and take decision. Once you separated and staying with your daughter other problems you need to face.
