Procedure to file one sided divorcee if living outside India

Hii we married 4 year ago in sikh religion my husband is New Zealand citizen and I am nz permanent resident now.. last November 2016 we decided to get separation .. but in February we used to lived together but only for 3 months but till now we both meet every month and talk every day .. now my husband want divorce but I won't .. what happen if he file one side divorce Thankx

Divorce is not depend on wish.if someone want divorce thne he or she will move to court for separation but court will also give opportunity to other party for listrning.so if u do not want to give divorce then other party party has to prove some unbearable ccondition to live with you so that he can get divorce

U have to appear and answer his case that u dont want to give divorce and u can say that ur husband is himself at fault so he cannot get the desired relief. Otherwise u will be proceeded exparte means one sided.
