Procedure to file for divorce as wife left and dint return back home.

I got married in Jan22 2017 and we are Muslims under Indian law with no kids. Me and my wife are having a bad time in small quarrells to big ones. We fight verbally, and she has told me that "she doesn't want to live with me" and I have also told her in that case to leave the house. She left 3 time and back every time. This time she hasn't returned back yet home and almost it is 1 month. We ourselves feel we have so many incompatibility issues and none of us is ready to compromise as well. In this case can i file a divorce as i'm undergoing mental turmoil.? she is working with 23k salary. Do i need to pay for her maintenance.? what if she is not agreeing for divorce.? and how long will it take.?
