Procedure to file for contested divorce in case of abuse husband.

I had an arranged marriage and it's 5 years now. There was always fights and acts of cruelty by my husband like abusing me mentally and physically. Finally going by advice of elders, i agreed for child with him and now i am 4 months pregnant but his cruelty does not stop. I want to divorce him and don't want anything for myself but only maintenance for my child if possible. I want to go out of this hell as soon as possible. Please suggest.
