Procedure to apply for divorce on the ground of impotency

I was married 3months ago.I got to know that my husband lied about his age before marriage. he is also impotent. my mother in law always plays mind game to torture me & hurts me whenever she gets chance with her abusive words I can't see safe life in that family Can I get divorce?

Yes. You can file the divorce on the grounds of impotency. But if your husband denies the same then it should be proved medically. Impotency is one of the ground for granting divorce by the Court & in your case you can proceed.

You have not mentioned how the marriage was performed as per customs or before the registrar caste,religion . Generally if the marriage has been performed and you are not satisfied with the married life then you can approach court of law and seek dissolution of marriage / divorce on the grounds .
