If I pronounce one talaq on my wife and after that she does her iddat for three months, is this enough for a divorce or do I need to file one in the court. I do not want to get into legal matters as it is complicated.
Can I just get a talaqnama as a written proof? If yes then from where can I get the talaqnama?

yes you need to send her talaknama nama. I'll help you in drafting it. and observing iddat is not a criteria for Talak. you need to prnounce Talak in three intervals and thereafter on final one send her talaknama as a proof of v slid Talak.
