It seems from your query that, you and your husband filed for a mutual separation/divorce, and the hearing on 12th December 2017, is the date of second motion (after completion of the compulsory six months gap granted by court to see if the marriage can workout between you and him). On that date, you must tell all facts to the judge and ask for the divorce to be completed and order passed.

You have not disclosed whether the Judge has mentioned in the Order if he is going to pronounce the judgment on Dec 12th. If he refuses to give Divorce- It is for the Judge to decide whether the Divorce should be granted to you or not?
And if you have filed for the Divorce then why do you want to go back with him?

I believe you do not have complete information of your case. You should discuss with your lawyer about the status of your case as it is not possible to discuss it without complete information.

if your husband is deny the divorce and he is not come in the court and he refused the divorce to him then you have to lodge a complaint against your husband for maintenance..
and. complaint in the police station for under section 498 a ? and pressure to your husband for divorce.
