i m from himachal, my husband filed divorce case in gurdaspur, i am not able for hiring lawyer, i have no enough money, what i do now? i am also a single girl child. my parent are too old, with whom i go there?

For Gurdaspur Case.You may avail service of legal aid counsel. Fee is paid by government. You are entitled to free legal aid being a lady.
In that case, if case is not transferred to place where you are residing, in making an application hon’ble Court can make arrangements for you, even to the extent that traveling expeneses are to be paid by your husband.
Further
You may also engage free legal aid counsel in Hon’ble Dupreme Court to get the case transferred to Punjab to Himachal Pradesh.

You can move an apllication for maintenance under section 24 of hindu marriage act against your husband in that case. And you can also file a petition of maintenace under section 125 cr.p.c at your town. Firstly you need to see on which ground your husband has filed the petition for divorce.. after that you can get better way to plead.
