Procedure for quick divorce formalities

This query is for my friend... The marriage happened without willingness and through emotional blackmail.. my friend is opting for divorce... Kindly suggest quick procedure for legal separation..

Hi, what's the religion of the couple? what's the age of the couple? when was marriage solomnized? Are there any children born out of the marriage? Are there any maintenance expectations? See there are certain questions like these before applying for divorce. Pls contact to have a clear understanding and picture regarding the same

There is no quick way. Only way is to apply for nullity of marriage on the ground that the marriage was under force or without consent. The petition has to be filed in Family Court if the petitioner is within Corporation limit, if outside corporation limit, then sub court would be applicable.

the very quick divorce procedure is mutual consent mission of one year of marriage and the separation between the parties should be shown one year after that everything 20 days the marriage can be dissolved by mutual consent Otherwise you must go for null and void If the marriage happens within one year
