Procedure for Mutual divorce and fees for advocate

Please let me know the procedure for mutual divorce

hi ,as per hindu marriage act divorce may be granted in 6 months but you both have to be separate from complete 1year in that scenario court will grant a divorce decree ,and for mutual process both has to present . if anyone is not available then process will change.

hi if you want to file for mutual divorce then atleast one year of marriage should be completed and that it would take atleast 6 months to get it and the fees of advocate woulf be depending on the situation and time taken
