Recently supreme court passed a judgment in which liberty was given to court that if court satisfy than court can waive off 6 month Cooling period and for this petitioners should give strong reasons why it’s necessary to waive of that period

13-b हिन्दू मैरिज एक्ट के तहत 6 महीने का कुलिंग टाइम अनिवार्य हैं | अभी हाल में माननीय सर्वोच्चा न्यायलय द्वारा पारिवारिक न्यायालयों को यह अधिकार दिया गया की जहा केस काफी समय से चल रहा हो वहा अनिवार्यता की बाध्यता को ख़तम करने का अधिकार उनको हैं | परन्तु यह अभी तक पारिवारिक न्यायधिशो द्वारा उस स्तर पर अपनाया नहीं |
