Hi, I want to understand the procedure for mutual consent divorce Timeframe can 6 month be waived 2+ years of marriage No assets to be distributed No Alimony No Children

Mutual divorce is 6 months when both parties agrees and filr a case. After 6 months reconciliation can takes place in the judicial officer chamber and then both of you give evidence and arguments. Finally judge pronounce the judgment on the basis of the evidence and documents what you have produced.

Well, you can file divorce under mutual consent for which both you and your wife or husband should approxh with free consent. To file mutual consent divorce one year of competition of marriage and one year separation is mandatory. You can file application to waive off the cooling period buy again it's the duscreation of the judge to consider or reject
