Price For Amendment In Divorce And Child Custody

My lawyer asked me 43K for each amendment. If she keeps on asking like that then I will be bankrupt. Why do we need to pay for amendment apart from lawyer fee?
okay I understand your questions so now you have to file a MC case in court some amendment is nessary for in petition so your counsel asking fees for this right that is your intrest if you are ready to pay or not that nt any mandatory fee for court to ammendment the application . it is your choice only

Actually there is no fees for amendment to be payable to Court. There will be some expenses involving the process, and each Lawyer charges according to his/her reputation and brand value in the court.
