Are pre-marital assets in a divorce in consideration in a divorce?

Well, Pre marrital gifts given by your In Laws must have to be returned by you at the time of Divorce and even whatever gifts your family have given to you and your Hubby in the form of Streedhan needs to be returned by your Inlaws. If you won't return the gifts of In laws, then you can face a legal action from your Hubby and your In laws.

Pre martial assets of nature of self acquired properties of husband are considered for having share of wife after death of husband. In divorce also, she cannot directly claim property of husband only under DV proceedings she can get an access to house of husband
