Well, in order to seek Mutual Divorce, both the parties have to remain present before the court during both the motions. Parties can seek Mutual Divorce by filing a Mutual Divorce Petition. Courts can waive off the Cooling Period on the request of both parties seeking Mutual Divorce. Parties can attend Mutual Divorce Proceedings through Video Conferencing.

no need to travel to haryana contact a lawyer in Pune to draft a power of attorney for the matter and get it notarised and send the poa through courier to haryana, you will need poa receivers photo and aadhar card and keep your adhar card handy for physical verification, usually 1-2 days but you will be needed to show that poa to the family court judge and also attach a copy of it to your divorce petition.

You can give a Power of Attorney (POA) from Pune, even if the case is registered in Haryana. The POA needs to be executed in accordance with the relevant laws and should specify the powers you are granting to the attorney-in-fact, especially in the context of your mutual divorce case. To execute the POA, you will need to prepare a document that clearly states the authority you are granting. It should include your details, the details of the person you are appointing as your attorney, and the specific powers related to the divorce proceedings. It’s advisable to have the POA notarized to ensure its validity. After executing the POA in Pune, you may need to send it to your husband in abroad for his signature, depending on the requirements of the court. Once signed, the POA should be submitted to the court in Haryana along with any necessary documents related to your divorce case. The time it takes to process the POA can vary, but if you act quickly and have all necessary documents ready, it could be completed within a few days. It’s important to coordinate with your legal counsel to ensure all requirements are met and to avoid any delays in the divorce proceedings.
