Post divorce,can I send mail to my ex

I have filed for divorce, due to mental torture & dowry harassment by my husband and in-laws .I wanted to known ,that after divorce can i scold my ex-husband and in laws by sending mail to my ex-husband? Can my ex-husband and in-laws file a criminal case or any other case against me, by keeping that mail?
one cannot file a criminal case just for a scolding in e mail. what is important is what words were! used for scolding and also weather what you told was true or false . There is a provision in IT Act for using electronic media for a criminal act , so the possibility of a criminal case cannot be ruled out cannot be out.

Hi... after the divorce the position of both of you is stranger so scolding or blaming each of you will be termed as offence under the law. Instead of that if you have any proof for his bad acts you can file a criminal case against him by that u will also get some kind of satisfaction

Still he is not an ex-husband. There is lot of exercises to be done. As a wife you can scold to him and his family members if he is still giving trouble to you. He cannot lodge any criminal complaint against you. You can give complaint against him. Be brave and take wise decisions.
