Post Divorce and CC case filled now DP act 498 FIR registered

Hi Team My wife has filed 498a against my family ( my self father and mother) 1. Demanded money and jewellery while marriage 2. Post marriage they given cash by hand 3. Done domestic Violation to her I have evidence against her & her family 1. Never asked any dowry and other thinks 2. I have audio and what's app evidence she was accepted for divorce and threaten, audios 3. Money transferred from my account to her and her sister account 4. Sister in law filled complaint in mahila kendra

Dear Sir, Immediately you may approach High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR on the defence available with you. Atleast your parents names may be deleted from the FIR and sometimes entire investigation will be stayed. Such quashing petition may be defence for you if she files any other cases against you.

The evidences that you have listed hurk useful for your defence in case criminal cases are fired on the basis of her complaints to Police. I believe you have once called me for consultation. I remember to have told you that we can file for quashing of Har complaintsHar complaints
