Possibility of remarriage without obtaining divorce from 1st marriage

Hi sir, I am hindu.if i am second registry marrige without first marrige divorce its possible or not?
No it is not possible and also remarrying before getting divorce from earlier marriage is a penal offence. Be careful and remarry only after you have obtained divorce from earlier marriage. Do not remarry unless you get the divorce decree.

Being a Hindu you are legally barred to contract a second further marriage in presence of existing of your first marriage. Firstly you have to dissolve your first marriag by obtaining Divorce either by mutual consent divorce or by contest then you will get legal right to contract second marriage by registration or by performance of social marriage.otherwise you will be charged of criminal offence .
