The police station where the FIR was registered is the most likely source for a copy. You can visit them in person and request a copy by mentioning the FIR number (if known) and other details like date of incident or name of the complainant/accused (depending on your relation to the case). It's important to note that the process for obtaining an FIR copy may vary slightly depending on your location and the specific circumstances of the case.

You have the power to take action. File a complaint under section 156(3) CRPC to demand the status report of your FIR. This report will compel the police officer to outline the progress of their investigation to the judge, shedding light on their efforts thus far. It's imperative to assert your rights and ensure transparency in the legal process.

Your matter is still pending for investigation and once the investigation is over all the documents along with the complaint filed by your wife before Police will be given to you, once the chargesheet gets submitted in court. Till then you have to wait for those documents.

FIR is a public document, however during the investigation till the police is not file the charge sheet you can not get all those documents, which is used by IO during Investigation. Although if FIR is registered you can file an application for Status Report and got to know about investigation Status and when IO files the chargeseet, you will gets all the documents.
