Whatever the case you have filed against your husband if this criminal then police will approach him in his office and whatever places he is. You can send copy to his office but if you want to settle the matter depends on the case what you want actually on that basis only you should take the action because once you'll send copy to his office it will be difficult for him for his job and it will Amount cruelty on him. And the chances of any settlement Will be less . Depending on the situation I can give it to you further advice you can contact me for the consultation then I can guide you based on actual facts clearly .

Dear Madam, Yes, you can send copy of FIR to his employe since it is public document and committed serious offences and after preliminary investigation it was registered. The employer of the husband may take the matter seriously and he may ask your husband to resign from the job thus he will be in trouble.
