Please guide me on divorce procedure as i have no one.

I got married on march 2017 only with his parents support as its love marriage. After marriage am mentally tortured and my husband beated me many times. I dont have parents support also. I dont want to live with him.

You can file mutual consent in family court if your husband is ready to give divorce... if he is not ready to give you can file divorce application in.family court. under the.ground of mental cruelty... under section 13 (i)(c) of Hindu marriage act
