Physically abusive and false promises

Before marriage guy had told that we can live in parent owned flat and I need not work.After marriage things were reversed seeing which I yelled at him with wrong words. Now he abuses me physically saying I triggered him. Is it not the trust that he broke was wrong? Now we have a daughter 3yr old. He does in front of her. What can be done? Also he is immatured and listens to in laws. Tried changing him but no luck. I hv become traumatic and we both are struggling .Will I get my child custody

okay I understand your questions do your husband after marriage give the mental torture before marriage story he reveled in front of thegirl child . so you have to convince to him first then also he is continuing the same you can give the complaint before mahila police station or if you want to child custody it is also possible under law you can file the case at family court with advocate and take the order from court in your faver becouse you are the mother to have a right for small girl

Dear Sir, You will definitely get child custody and you have to file multiple cases against your husband and his parents to teach them a lesson. You can also file maintenance case since you seems to be unemployed for yourself and your daughter. First get an order of interim maintenance thus he may come down and compromise.

Of course in India minor child custody will be preferred to mother. If you are separated from your husband or living separately from him you can claim for the child custody under Guardian and Wards act 1890 before family court. For further assistance you can contact us
