Physical harassment by my wife on pretty issues

She is torches me in all her way to purchase a property forcefully to buy a property on her name and address me that I am unstable in my life, uses a aggressive and vulgar language towards my parents and me, therefore she files a base less and false aligation case on me, which I need a justice

hi if she had already filed a case on with false allegations then you could file quash petition to quash the case against you and alsi you could file for divorce on the grounds of physical and mental cruelty

you are suggested not to go beyond your will. you have not disclosed about children and also how many years back you got married? if your wife forcing you to purchase property on her name is no not a bonafide one. she can't compell you against your will by filing false cases. be brave. face the false cases by approaching a good lawyer in your locality.
