You can always file a complaint with the police station according to your jurisdiction and try to register a FIR against him under section 376 IPC. if your boyfriend has been physical used and harras you. you can longed the fir under section IPC 376. you can punished him by law. if you will punish him by law so he will not repaeat him same thing to any other person

This is very unfortunate and is something which is happening every now and then and needs strongest possible action. If that, as above said, has happened to you then it clearly comes within the category of Rape on the false pretext of marriage and this man can be arrested and prosecuted for this offence. You need to get a complaint drafted and filed before the jurisdictional police.
