Physical and mental torture with me and my son every single day by my

My husband has been very abusive physically and mentally since 8 years of my marriage. I havev a son he never took care of him since he born. I have got hiv becoz of him while i was pregnant since then m geting sick day by day but he never care.. he mentally tortures me every single day. Nd he is having extra marital affair with many women i need a divorce but dnt have money to afford a lawyer. I cant take this mental torture every day please help me

You can approach Legal Aid Centre in the concerned Family Court, from where, you can get a Lawyer either for free or on affordable rates, who can assist you to seek Divorce from your Hubby and help you to seek Maintenance and Alimony too

Hello You can file criminal cases for all your sufferings . First have to make a police complaint. And the can proceed with the cases in appropriate courts. You can file an application for maintenance. And also for restraining orders against your husband.
