Physical abuse by husband and in laws leading to medical issues

After getting me married my mother and brother don't interfere with my life. So I have none to support me. My husband has physically abused me to that extend that I have regular bleeding and puss from my ears. I don't have any financial support, but the home which we stay was purchased by selling the ornaments given by my father during marriage. Need help in filling a divorce and getting back my father's earnings

Dear Client Don't Panic. According to your Statement you may lodge a Police Complaint in the Near by your location. And after getting CSR Copy you may file Domestic violence case in district protection office. and finally you may go for Divorce case. and get your arnaments and money back. hello mam, you can very well file a divorce case against your husband under cruelty ie mental torture and mental abuse. while filing the case you can also file a petition for return of property ie to return all your belongings to you. and at the same time as per the new High Court Judgment a wife is equally entitled half the share in the property of the Husband. for further clarifications kindly call me
