After marriage i came to know that my husband is medically unfit to have a conjugal life. yet i compromised and pushing him to go for medical check ups. In tun he plotted a plan. he and his parents were restricitng me to talk to my parents and siblings. later he created a scene thati am mentally unfit. And suddenly without knowledge filed divorce on the grounds of cruelty. nWhat petition should i file so that court can ask him to go for medical tests?

You can file a petition within the divorce case filed by your husband to submit him for medical examination particularly for reproductive health. You can take your husband's unfitness for conjugal relationship as a ground to counter his ground of cruelty.

if your husband is medically unfit to consummate the marriage then you can file the petition under null and void in such as circumstances you must file a petition before the family go to declared the marriage has not consumeted on on that basis the marriage should be dissolved as it is not valid before law and insect circumstances you can file a petition for medical examination if the husband does not accept your allegation

Hi you can file your allegations in your counter. Also you can file an interlocutory application for testing his potency etc., in the same case. There is no need to file a separate case. Find a good advocate practicing in civil side and get the things done. Also disclose all the truths to the advocate, so that he can understand your case better and proceed accordingly.
