Permanent Alimony submitted in court but wife not coming to the court

sir maine aur meri wife ne mutual divoce k liye filling kiya tha permanant alumony k rup me 5 lakh tay hua..2 lakh ka DD wo recieve kar chuki hai..jo petition me mentiond hai...1 st motion ko wo aai...but second motion ka 3 date bit chuka hai..rest permenant alumony mai court me jama kar chuka hu.....but wo court aa nahi rahi hai..par mai har date me gaya hu...kya case kharij ho jayega...agar ho gya to aage mai kya karu...???

If it is mutual consent case then even though she is not coming to the court you may close the case through her lawyer. It is always better if she comes to collect the final cheque.
In case if the alimony is not sufficient in that case she may go for appeal
