Would like to know the period taken to get bail from the date of application also standard charges by lawyers. Case: Sec 498A, DP act, Sec 375

You have not mentioned which bail you want to obtain from the court, if you want to get Anticipatory bail it will take 10 to 15 day but in between we can get interim anticipatory bail, and if client is arrested it will take 4 to 5 days for regular bail.

if you Would like to know the period taken to get bail from the date of application, firstly it depends to which court you have made application. There is no guarantee to have bail for offence of Section 376 of Indian Penal Code. In case of Section 498-A, it depend upon the pendency of work of the court. your application is not intelligible to know whether it is for regular bail or for the person in Judicial Custody or for anticipatory bail. For 498a one or two days enough buy for 376 it may take 15 to 1 month for getting bail depends upon circumstance of facts and circumstance of case. Further the standard charge depends upon advocate minimum 25000 to 50000.
