Dear Client, Divorce petition pati ne ki he, wo kaha lodge hua he petition. Aur aap bata rahe he ke simultaneously aapne DV complaint kiya he pati ke against. Jab divorce matter mediation mein jata he, to aapko aapke expectations, ya terms and conditions batane honge! Aap kya expectation rakhte he divorce ke baad, mainly maintenance ya alimony

Mediation mein aap apni shartein jaise maintenance, alimony ya bacchon ki custody par saaf baat karein. Yeh settlement ka mauka hai, isliye shanti se apna paksh rakhein takki koi sahi samadhan nikal sake.

Mediation mein shant rehkar baat karen. Apna side clearly aur fact-based rakhen. Pehle yeh bataiye ki aap reconciliation (samjhauta) chahti hain ya nahi. Agar husband ke saath rehna chahti hain, to unke divorce petition ke against apne grounds bataiye – jaise mental/physical cruelty, DV incidents, etc.
