Past relationships and custody of child for cheating in marriage

i have been married for 9 months now and at present I am 5 months pregnant. 4 months back my husband checked my phone in my absence and found some old chats, personal pics in my phone which are part of my past and he transferred the data to his own phone. now he says that he will divorce me on the ground of cheating him. though everything he found was prior to our marriage. and he even threatens me that he will use those evidences to prove that i am a characterless girl and wont be capable of being a good mother and he will take the custody of the child.

firstly if he files a divorce against you will have to be present in court and then you can go for counselling with your husband the counsellor will solve the problem if not then you need to make him understand by appointing a lawyer

Do not worry about those chats and pictures if they belong to your past and by that ground he is not able to take custody of the child by showing u characterlessness and u have every right to claim maintenance for u and your future child.
