Partition of joint property after Divorce decree

I have filed a petition for Divorce. Could you please advise if the Judgement will give directive about the partition of the property that is held by me and my wife jointly.
First of all make it clear whether you had filled petition on the ground of cruelty or under by mutual consent. If it is by mutual consent then the terms and conditions which you both have agreed will be final wording in decree. No need to file separate partition suit.
