Our marriage date is Jan'2020, one son born on July'2021. Since after the marriage, my inlaws & specially my wife forcing me to shift in another city other than where our matrimonial home is. Now after the baby born, she took away the baby without any reason to her parents home and now threating me that if I won't get settled in any other city other than our matrimonial place, then she will live separately and won't come to my place and lodge several cases against me n my family. And also demanding monthly maintenance for her n child. I am the only son of my old aged parents so I can't leav them. Then also, I tried my level best to call her back but failed. I don't want to continue with her. I have calls recorded where she denies living with me in matrimonial place. So in this situation can I go for divorce on the MENTAL CRUELTY ground?

Yes in sure you can go for divorce if you both agree then it will be mutually divorce or if one of you agree then it will be contested divorce and since you are getting mentally harrased by your wife on this ground can file
