our marriage been 2 years.Hindu family. Right from beginning my in-laws and my wife are behind money, not interested in keeping the marriage relationship. They dragged me to roads. 1. My wife delivered a baby girl, I am really happy about that. But the way how she is behaving and she left to PG for 10 days prior to her pregnancy without my knowledge and hided. Her money attitude, all these made me to lost trust on her. How can ask for a DNA test to be commenced ?? Is that only way to go through court or can I get outside hospitals ? If yes, does that need some permission from court ? 2. The baby is now just 11 days old. I don't want her to get in trouble. But I really suspect, my wife may put DV on me. Before that I am thinking to file a case. -- can I File straight divorce stating I suspect her and needs a DNA test to be done ? 3. Some one suggested to file PLC asking my wife to comeback to my home. But I don't want to continue to maintain any relationship with her.
