Other woman and her daughter looting money

My husband is cheating me since 25 years but I had no proof until December 2021. From phone i got to know he has affair with muslim woman since 20 years, he is supporting her and her daughter financially. Some messages even show that he is planning to adopt her. I have all proofs but how should I proceed? Can I file cheating case IPC 415 on her and her daughter?

hi yes you could file cheating case on him in police station but only on your husband and also you could file divroce case and maintenance case in concerned family court that he had committed adultery and that you had no sufficient means to support you

you can't file a case directly against the lady or her daughter you need to file the case against your husband because he is the one he who cheated you and if you have any prove that he married her or adopted her you can just added in your case which you file a directly you can't take any action against them .You need to list down and mention in the case against your husband you can proceed legally and you have you don't have any right to file Against that lady.
