Q: My sister in law filed false 498a against my brother

Hi my brother got married in 2022 Feb. His wife stayed in our house for less than one month.she started saying she wanted to start separate family and to relocate. Our parents denied and she left home it has been 14 months since then. Her parents bluntly said their daughter is not interested anymore. So we have asked for divorce and they are demanding money and now saying they will file 498.how and what to do now

Q: Borrower issued a Cheque and Filed Cheque Missing Complaint

A person borrowed money from me and issued a Cheque with number eg. 1234 and Promissory Note. However, when the cheque was presented for clearance, it got bounced as the person closed the bank account. Later I found that the borrower raised a complaint with the Bank within 2 days of issuing the cheque number eg. 1234 to intentionally default the repayment when the case is filed in the Court. Any suggestion on how can it be proved as intentional fraud? Please advise.

Q: Spouse demanding for divorce from US.

I have been married for 2 years, we live in US Georgia since then we got into many fights, he physically and mentally abused me and always influenced by his mom and he used to stop talking to me for days/weeks without any reason, i compromised adjusted and used to explain him what life is how we should live, there is no life for him other than job and game. Recently I came to know that he was in dating app and talking with some other girls I questioned him he said just go away from me I don't want you, I packed everything and came to India, Its been 3 months no contact with me he wants divorce even his parents are not ready to fix this. But I'm not ready for divorce i'm on my dependent visa my visa is expired, I got a job he's not sharing his visa now. what should I do now? How do I get there? I don't want to make this much complicated. Please help

you want marital life or sharing his visa? if you are not intrested to give divorce file conjugal petition before family court to join with your husband . after getting order, you may apply visa to enclose order copy which was passed through చుట్ట, i hopes it will be helpful to Youjoin in your కొన.
