Other party has not revert on legal notice yet send through speed post

Hi, i was married in 2017 to a Delhi High Court lawyer Mr. Abhishek Kumar, under the influence of his family to get more and more dowry he kept abusing me and the child and from the matrimonial house in 2020 when i came to my parents house to stay for few days with few clothes, he put all unreasonable allegations on me, to demand more money from my father. When my father denied paying them more saying this time he and his family has crossed all the limits, his mother washed her hands from the matter saying this all keeps happen its not a matter. And Adv. Kumar kept all my and son's stuff my Jewellery, professional certificates, pan card, laptop to harass me and send me a notice on email. Now i have sent him a legal notice to go for divorce and asking for all my and son's stuff back and its been 15 days no revert has been received from him.. what should i do next.

as you told you were married in the year 20017 with Mr abhishek kumar who practicing in highcourt delhi and since your marriage with you all the troubles are being done by him and his family and you gote a notice 15 days ago but no replay to the notice has been given by your husband than in such a situation you can directly approach police station and competent court file a divorce and mantinance suit for your aun and yourself in a divorce suit you demand a permanent alimony and you also have the option of litigation like domestic violence

To fight a legal case, you dont need to send a legal notice. Its a waste of time and giving prior intimation of legal dispute can be fatal.
