Order pending after judgement.


02-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Judge as passed the judgement for mutual divorce but he didn't signed the orders since the last 3months. My case CNR number as changed as well and my lawyer is not being supportive in answering my questions anymore. What should I do? Pls help

hi you need to go the court section and enquire about the status of the case and check whether the judge had been transferred or whether the judge signed the order and if your advocate is not responding then you could take help of other advocate
