Order on IA is passed Can we recall it. MMTC1 Cri Mis No: 57/2024

In My maintaince case, I have provided all my docs of Reliving Letter, A&L and my loan emi's to my lawyer but he has not submited to Court. After passing the IA order only i came to know that my lawyer has cheated me. Right now the maintaince case is in witness phase and i smells that petitioner lawyer is going to drag the case for years so that IA order has to be executed till Final Order. As a Respondent what i have to do now. Can i recall the IA Order Bangalore MMTC1 Cri Mis No: 57/2024
Dear Sir,
You can change the advocate immediately by getting NOC. It is not vise to challenge orders on IA. However you can fight on merits and see that the interim maintenance granted maybe substantially reduced. If not reduced, after getting final orders you may approach higher court to reduce such amount. In the meanwhile you can file divorce case on the ground of cruelty.

right now you are option is to file an application ( IA ) for reconcidering the order on thatIA: provide all the documents and make one more argument on that. But what use it is if you have a strong suspicion about your advocate cheating you by joining the other side ?
