Order of Maintenance to wife along with custody of child to husband
25-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife has gone to her maternal home along with 6 years old child since last 3 years. I have filed child custody case U/S 25 in the court. If my wife asks for maintenance in the court, can the court order the maintenance also for wife and child along with the order of child visitation rights, or maintenance for my wife with the order of child custody to me ? nThanks
hello client as i can see upur issue is really very big and serious issue . in your matter mai tenance cab be sebied by the court of law. if you want child custody of your child then you can get it .but it xan only be done through court ckurt on then only it ia possible.

If your wife files maintenance under 125 or under DV then she will definitely file the same for both herself and the child. As you have already filed the child custody it will be taken separately. court will order for the maintenance of the child and wife if you are at present not giving anything. for child visitation you have to file one application. custody can be granted to you if u are living with your mother and you are financially sound as well as you are educated .
